Senior Warranty Administrator

Collaborating with service & parts, overseeing junior warranty person, processing warranty claims, ensuring documentation/submissions are accurate

Mercedes-Benz Waverley is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty processes and providing seamless customer service.
About the role:

• Guiding and mentoring a warranty admin person
• Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation and submission
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department to gather necessary information for warranty claims
• Monitor warranty claim status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements
• Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries and provide prompt and professional assistance
• Stay up to date with the latest warranty policies and procedures from Mercedes-Benz

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience in dealership warranty administration, ideally with Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for warranty processing
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and warranty policies is a huge plus
