About the Opportunity
The position will be responsible for managing the Warranty aftercare process for our valued customers. The primary focus will be on processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring that our customers receive prompt resolution and support. The ideal candidate will have construction knowledge, excel in customer service and be highly organised.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process Warranty aftercare requests promptly and accurately.
- Utilise your construction knowledge to assess and verify warranty claims effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare detailed warranty reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex warranty issues efficiently.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of the building/construction industry.
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage work to an agreed timeframe.
- Ability to analyse problems and provide workable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to give clear instructions to others.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new concepts relating to ongoing warranty and mitigation of warranty claims.
- Demonstrate the ability to research Building Standards and Building Codes.
