About the role
Embark on a professional journey by joining our team in a key role that supports the significant growth of our Service business. As an integral member of the service team, encompassing both the workshop and contact centre, this position serves as a central hub for seamless communication between our dedicated team and valued customers.
Within this dynamic and rapidly evolving division, you have the unique opportunity to tailor and shape your role. Utilise your exceptional organisational skills and passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative engaging environment.
Situated in Varsity Lakes, this role reports directly to the Service Supervisor, providing you with a direct link to impactful leadership. Seize this chance to contribute to the success of our organisation while enjoying a vibrant and exciting professional experience in the heart of our growing Service sector.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Warranty work order processing
- Support Dometic service agents
- Support the service team with administration tasks
- Processing customer returns
- Assist with regular stock-takes
- Assist with consumer telephone enquiries
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
- 1-2 years in a customer service role, ideally in a B2B & B2C environment
- A strong customer service focus and orientation
- Highly organised and a good planner
- Professional attitude
- Safety Focused
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of MS Platforms
Additional requirements include:
- Ability to work individually and within a team with a high degree of proactivity and problem-solving, with an enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Able to handle competing priorities
