You are an experienced leader in the hydrographic discipline, supporting the Brisbane and South Region teams to meet their purpose, vision, and direction.
Working with your senior officer, you will deliver priority hydrographic work involving variable mix of field operations, office and other tasks. You will lead and contribute to a culture of support, creativity, safety, performance, and wellbeing. You will have a direct technical contribution and will coach and develop the hydrographic technical and safety competencies of the team members you supervise and work with. Where required, you will participate in field activities including, working in boats, conducting hydrographic measurements, managing installation and repair projects.
