As we expand our business to offer B2B services, we are looking for a talented Senior Website Developer to join our team. Our goal is to deliver top-notch Web CMS development services to businesses, helping them enhance their online presence and streamline their operations.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Website Developer to lead our web development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing or working with content management systems (CMS) and a passion for creating innovative web solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Website Developer, you will work closely with our B2B clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based CMS solutions for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and modern web technologies.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, performing regular maintenance and updates.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Website Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of CMS projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Expertise in back-end development using languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar.
- Strong understanding of web security principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the health sector or familiarity with health-related IT solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
