About the roleOur Systems Operations Specialists are the freakishly talented team who provide systems & application support to both AC3 and our customers. You will bring your expertise, work with our project team to deliver projects and look after the day to day activities that provide support to AC3 and our customers for systems and applications, which includes incident response, tracking and reporting.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
- Manage, maintain and improve the Wintel Systems & Apps services for AC3 and customer systems
- Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services for AC3 and its customers
- Implement and maintain the AC3 Windows based operating systems, hypervisors and application support process and the enforcement of related policies
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on managed Wintel Systems and Apps
- Initiate pro active remedial action to ensure that managed systems & applications meet or exceed operational SLAs
Required skills & experience:
- Previous experience working as an SME for infrastructure and server management
- Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider or IT Systems Integrator ideal
- Specialist in deploying, upgrading and supporting Microsoft Server, M365 suite, Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint, Dynamics, hypervisors, EUC/Digital Workplace applications and services
- Experience in ITIL change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different technical levels
- Industry certifications highly regarded.
- Willingness & determination to learn and grow
