Total Connections is a privately owned hydraulics company with branches in Perth, Port Hedland & Kalgoorlie. We are a leader in the supply of hydraulic & industrial hoses & Fittings, providing hydraulic expertise, shutdown support, preventative maintenance, and breakdown services.
With our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced workshop based Service Administrator to join our team based in Kalgoorlie.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Entering jobs & customer paperwork
- Creating invoices from jobs
- Run inventory reports using excel
- Creation of purchase orders
- Following up operations staff for paperwork
- Mobilisation of staff
- Assisting with picking of orders & job preparation
- Assisting with onboarding of new starters
- Assisting with warehouse organisation & stock control
To be suitable for this role, the applicant should possess the following:
- Highly effective follow up
- Experience in a similar role, using an ERP system
- Computer proficiency and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office products (Advanced Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to prioritise workloads and coordinate multiple tasks to reach deadlines
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- High attention for detail
- Eligible to live and work in Australia without restriction.
