This Full-time role will be based in our Geraldton office Monday to Friday.

In this position you will be exposed to Accounts payable, HR, Training, Recruitment, Office Management and Operations.
Mandatory Requirements:
We don’t want to exclude you because you don’t have a particular qualification or if you have not used a particular piece of computer software but this role does require you to:
- Be open and eager to learn new things.
- Have a solid foundation of standard computer software with the ability and imagination to investigate, pick up, learn and use the tools we have to implement processes that will make your job easier and more efficient.
Desirable:
- Proven understanding of Office 365 (Excel, Word Outlook)
- Experience with the use of Adobe Pro
- Exposure and/or experience with any of Accounts, HR or Training administration.
- Exposure or experience with Office Management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Perform Office Administration tasks and provide administrative support across the business.
- Administer company Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
- Undertake basic accounts administration processes.
- Provide support to site mobilisation processes as required.
- Provide administrative Support to the safety and training processes.
- Coordinate candidate attendance to recruitment & orientation sessions.
- Coordinating employee attendance to external training.
- Maintaining training, induction and competency records, following up with employees on a as needed basis.
- Ordering and distribution of company uniforms.
- Maintain & manage office consumables and supplies.
- Assist and work with other SRS staff to ensure the consistency of systems, procedures, and documentation.
