Are you an admin guru, with great multi-tasking skills and experience working in a service / operational environment? CJD Equipment is looking for a Service Administrator to join the dynamic Newcastle Branch to support in keeping our ship sailing smoothly!
Working as part of a busy team, the Service Administrator is accountable for efficiently and effectively carrying out daily service administrative functions related to the workshop service operations.
A day in the life:
- Show off your exceptional customer service skills, meet and greet visiting customers to the Service Department.
- Creating repair orders and processing invoices.
- Collating timesheets and other payroll support functions.
- General administration duties assisting the Service Department.
- Ensuring compliance with policy systems and procedures.
How to catch our eye:
- Must have a great attitude towards work and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Know your way around Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Construction Equipment/Truck/Automotive industry experience would definitely be a bonus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at one time.
- Current drivers’ licence is preferred.
