Service Administrator - Part Time - Tuesday-Friday

FE Technologies 

This four day a week Part Time role provides the chosen candidate with an opportunity to join a dynamic team servicing a customer base spanning Australia, New, Zealand, Asia, Europe and the USA.  A normal week will be Tuesday through Friday working a total of 32 hours.

About the Role

• Provide friendly written and telephone communication with our customers.
• Assign support events to the internal technical support team.
• Manage the bookings for our third-party onsite support technicians.
• Manage the delivery, pickup and tracking of spare parts.
• Assisting Service Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

• Experience in a technical industry an advantage but not essential
