This four day a week Part Time role provides the chosen candidate with an opportunity to join a dynamic team servicing a customer base spanning Australia, New, Zealand, Asia, Europe and the USA. A normal week will be Tuesday through Friday working a total of 32 hours.
About the Role
- Provide friendly written and telephone communication with our customers.
- Assign support events to the internal technical support team.
- Manage the bookings for our third-party onsite support technicians.
- Manage the delivery, pickup and tracking of spare parts.
- Assisting Service Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

- Experience in a technical industry an advantage but not essential
