Recom Electrical & Equipment Services is a national organisation that offers an extensive range of services to retail clients such as Woolworths, Kmart, Bunnings and Coles.
We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our existing team to assist in delivering front line reactive services to multiple customers.
We are seeking applicants who present well, enjoy client interaction and who are reliable, committed and motivated to provide excellent service.
Your role will include the following on a daily basis
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Prioritising high priority jobs and coordinating attendance
- Creating jobs and quotes in Myflo (our booking system)
- Maintaining accurate notes and reminders
- Liaising with subcontractors and technicians to ensure work orders are completed on time
- Creating purchase orders, quotes and ordering parts
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed/received/sent
- Invoicing in a timely manner
To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes

- The ability to think and react quickly with strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication manner
- The ability to work in a busy team environment as well as the skills to work autonomously
- Have the confidence in asking questions and escalating for support when needed
- High end experience with Microsoft office packages
- The ability to multitask with high volume data entry
