SalaryOur client is a leading commercial solutions provider servicing businesses in the fields of electrical, precision air conditioning, communications systems, backup power solutions such as uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) and diesel generators, raised access floors, containment and structural ceiling grids, 24×7 maintenance and break down and Electric Vehicle Charging.We are looking for an experienced 'Service Administrator' who can cover leave from the 22nd of April. this is a temp role!The business prides itself on it's professional and long standing reputation. They are looking for someone who can confidently multi-task and reprioritise quickly and effectively.You will need to have the experience working as a 'Service Administrator' dealing with Tradies, Builders, Project Managers, Business Owners, Customers and Suppliers to be shortlisted for this role.In return you will receive above award pay rates and the opportunity to work with a genuinely nice bunch of people. There will be a two week handover period at commencement of this temporary opportunity to help you.Your RoleReceiving and responding to incoming calls.Logging and allocating service calls to our team of technicians and sub-contractors.Daily job scheduling.Reviewing completed job reports and raising and issuing invoices.Preparation of quotes and sales orders.Updating and maintaining customer records electronically using software program 'Airflow'About YouStrong customer service focus.Ability to multi task and reprioritise as necessaryExcellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.Accuracy and efficiency in data entry.Reliable self starter, work independently, problem solver.Have a keen eye for boosting department profitability.Ability to commit to the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm from the 22nd of April for approximately two months.Must have full time Australian work rights.Experience within a HVAC industry or construction trade would be very favourable.If you are looking for a rewarding position and can demonstrate that you can meet the above criteria we would love to hear from you!Please understand that due to the large volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#omnirecruit
