We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Equipment team as a Service Administrator. You'll report to the Service Manager and handle service requests from our customers, responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating customer job cards, ordering parts, managing trade-ins and processing invoices to ensure the efficient and timely operation of the service department, and supporting the golf sales managers.
What will you do?
Answer incoming calls providing product information and support to the customers
Establishing and maintaining excellent business relationships with clients and dealers
Managing the ordering, receipting and delivery of machinery and spare parts
Ordering and recording all supplies needed to perform service duties.
Prepare the pre-delivery of products by labelling parts with customer details and job number and compiling operator folders
Organising transport for machine deliveries or pick-ups to ensure stock is promptly received by customers
Promptly completing all paperwork regarding warranty claims, creating new jobs for warranty service bulletins and using Promadis and SAP
What do you need?
Experience in an administrative support role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
Strong computing skills, in particular experience in Microsoft applications
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
