Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Service workshop facility through a range of tasks including invoicing customers, data entry of billable hours and expenses, maintaining time and attendance records for weekly payroll, customer phone support and other duties as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administration support to the Service Coordinators, Team Leaders and Service Manager.
Generate purchase orders, ensuring all recoverable expenses are booked appropriately.
Assist in processing and preparing weekly timesheets including contract labour and costs to service jobs.
Book repairs for Service department vehicles and equipment as required.
Assist with customer quotations as required.
Data entry of daily and weekly payroll adjustments.
Perform daily invoicing and month end reporting.
Coordination of travel requirements of the Service team as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant position (or similar).
Exposure in a manufacturing or mechanical environment would be advantageous.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Require strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
Able to work autonomously and initiate actions.
