JRB Diesel is a growing privately owned dealership in the busy Botany area, as Sydney newest authorised service and parts dealership for Mercedes Benz / Fuso and Freightliner trucks, Steelbro trailers and a full sales dealer for CIMC trailers as well as access to the Alliance range of products. JRB caters for all types of makes and models of vehicles from light duty to heavy duty on highway equipment, trailing equipment as well as all styles of airport equipment!!!
Qualifications & experience
- Qualified heavy vehicle mechanic experience highly desirable, similar experience in dealership based role, demonstrated experience with dealership style DMS system, examiners licence highly desirable, proven customer service experience,
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all service clients, checking all vehicle details on arrival, raising job cards, answering service phone calls, daily updating all service and repair customers, invoicing service and repair work, checking dealer portals for warranty and recall information & preparing estimates
