Mercedes-Benz Seven Hills is seeking a Vans Service Advisor to manage our front line.
To be considered for this role you must be focused on providing exceptional levels of service to our new, continuing and also internal customers.
The Service Advisor is the primary liaison between the guest and the workshop controller. In this role you are required to assist with the co-ordination of service department activities and related matters to achieve an efficient operation in the service department.
Key Duties
- Making appointments
- Preparation of job cards
- Contacting guests the night before confirming appointment, and scope of work
- Accurately maintain all customer and vehicle records
- Meet and greet guests
- Inspect vehicles with client to ascertain vehicle condition, identify concerns and any other areas that may require attention.
- Booking in customers and qualifying problems and logging them for our workshop to review.
- Maintain clear communication with customers at all times
- Ensure compliance with all Dealership and Manufacturer policy and procedures
- Coordinating the scope of services for repair and maintenance with the customer and obtaining approval.
Qualifications/Experience
- Sound Product Knowledge
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Qualified Technician.
- High standard of presentation
- Customer relation skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Strive to achieve individual and department KPIs
