THE ROLE
You will be working with an assistant who will help you with…
Booking customers vehicles in for service or repairs.
Maintaining work diary to function efficiently.
Greeting customers and confirming that their booking details are accurate.
Prepare job cards.
Follow up with customer, throughout the day on the progress of their vehicle and any further work or parts required.
Explain technical issues to customers in simple terms.
Order Parts where necessary.
Quote on service and repair enquiries.
Liaison with workshop foreman to ensure that jobs are completed within the allocated time and day runs smoothly.
Prepare customer invoices with accurate pricing.
Answer customer enquiries online, in person and on the phone in an efficient and timely manner.
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU
Mechanical knowledge would definitely be an advantage, but experience in this position will, of course, be highly regarded.
Have the ability to explain the value of services and repairs.
The ability to work as part of a small team dedicated to great customer outcomes.
Good organisational and time management skills.
