We're a rapidly expanding multidisciplinary accounting and financial planning firm, dedicated to serving the diverse financial needs of high-net-worth individuals and family groups. With offices in Gatton and Esk (and plans to shortly open a Toowoomba office), we extend our comprehensive financial advice, personal insurance, succession planning, accounting, taxation, and business improvement services to clients nationwide.
As a Client Services Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our advice team. Initially based in our Gatton office, you'll have the flexibility to transition to remote work for one day per week after a 6-month qualifying period.
In addition to the primary duties listed below, the role encompasses a range of responsibilities integral to the success of our financial planning arm:
Primary Duties:
- Liaising with clients to collect required information, provide progress updates and respond to general queries
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties
- Arranging client appointments
- Preparing files for client meetings
- Implementing all advice including processing investment/super/insurance applications
- Maintaining client files and databases
- Providing administration support to advisers
- Attending client meetings when required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ experience
- Experience using XPLAN is essential for this role
- The desire to move into a paraplanning/or advice role in the future will be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload
- Motivated to provide exceptional service and make a significant impact on the lives of our clients
