Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our Owners and guests in person, on the phone and electronically.
- Meeting and greeting all owners as you assist them with their servicing and maintenance requirements.
- Keeping owners up to date on their vehicle and ensuring works completed above expectations.
- Managing service schedule on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Building and maintaining owner relationships
- Preparing invoices and quotes
- Liaising with workshop and crew to ensure jobs are completed on time and in full
Skills and Experiences
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an Automotive or RV Dealership will be highly regarded
- Highly organized with an attitude that oozes “be happy to” for our Owners and crew.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Campervans, Motorhomes, Caravans an advantage but not essential.
- Want to deliver an engaging owner experience vs a transactional process. Our Owners really are “part of the family”
- Ability to work in a busy 40 bay Service Centre that not only supports our Owners but the wider THL retail and rental business
- Valid Driver's License
