An opportunity has been created for a Customer Service Advisor position at our Service Excellence award winning Campbelltown and Gregory Hills site.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Promote the dealers service departments capabilities and strengths by taking guest enquiries and service bookings.
- Determine customers’ needs and communicate these to the service shop and deliver the vehicle on time.
- Preparing repair orders for future bookings
- Provide clear cost estimates of work to be done.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and or completion times within departmental KPI times.
- Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
- Carry out the service delivery to the customer with a high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated charges.
- Carry out all tasks required according to standard work procedures.

Our Service Department is open 7.30am - 5.00pm weekdays. To assist our guests we are open 7.30am - 12.30pm Saturdays which is on a rotating roster, typically one on then one off.
