Brighton Ford is seeking to appoint a motivated person within our busy Service Department full-time.
This is an important role in our dealership. Not only will you be the key contact between our customers and technicians you'll also be assisting the Service Manager with the smooth running of the department, ensuring that the department continues to run efficiently and at a high standard.
You need to have outstanding customer service and communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve.
Previous automotive industry experience and knowledge of automotive servicing and repair would be highly regarded. Plus, training will be provided to the right person, both in-house and by the manufacturer.
