The Opportunity
Brisbane City Jaguar Land Rover, located in Newstead, have an opportunity for an industry experienced premium Service Advisorto join their well established team. With a highly employee-centric leader, the opportunities for flexibility are vast. The Role
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Keeping customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle throughout the day - 5 Customer Touchpoints via Autogami - Communication is key
- Greeting customers on the driveway and ensuring we offer them the best customer experience - following up all requests they provide
- Advising Customers on the additional work or products their vehicles require
- Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time
- Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices
- Advising customers on parts/issues that may require fixing
- Handling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution
- In Newstead Hub - our number one focus is Customer Service Experience - NPS must be a key driver for you
