Our ideal applicants will possess exemplary customer services skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to meet strict timelines and understand the importance of providing clear and accurate recommendations and advice in relation to modern light vehicles.
Your ability to retain and increase our client base, constantly exceed our customers expectations whilst maximising profitability and produce strong Customer Service Results will also ensure you are remunerated well.
The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
- Prior experience within an automotive customer service environment
- A passion for delivering superior customer service and clearly listening to customers needs
- The ability to meet and exceed internal and manufacturer targets
- Commitment to following strict processes
- Clear communicator with impressive time management and organisational skills
