This fast paced role involves coordinating service bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as a crucial link between customers and our service workshop.
Core Responsibilities:
- Make service bookings for customers over the phone.
- Coordinate daily service appointments efficiently.
- Answer technical and general queries from customers.
- Liaise face-to-face with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build ongoing professional relationships with customers.
- Provide timely follow-ups to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the workshop and Spare Parts team members.
- Ensure seamless communication within the service department.
About You:
- Previous experience in an Automotive Service Department is not essential but desired.
- Automotive knowledge / background desired.
- Possess a valid NT driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a positive and confident attitude.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Can work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys problem-solving and is results-driven.
