Duties:
- Attending to customers' enquiries in person, via phone or by e-mail
- Scheduling customer service orders, utilising company software
- Collating and translating vehicle symptoms to repair orders that can be clearly understood and diagnosed by technical staff
- Offering exceptional customer service experience
