Service Advisor | Mercedes-Benz SydneyAs a Service Advisor, you will provide an outstanding experience to our loyal, valued customers by organising service bookings and liaising with guests, costing and invoicing repairs and working closely with the workshop and parts department. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Communicating vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications to service clients in a manner that can be easily understood
- Obtaining accurate parts and labour prices
- Encouraging our clients towards service offerings where appropriate to their individual motoring needs
- Keeping clients up to date on the servicing of their vehicle
- Handling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills / follow processes and procedures
- Competency with IT systems / ERA experience a plus
- Calm and efficient / maintain high work standards and accuracy
- Strong relationship-building ability / grow business
- 2+ years Mercedes-Benz or prestige/luxury market services advisors experience
- A valid driver's licence
