We are searching for a talented individual to join the team at our Mornington BMW.
The role will suit an individual who enjoys a demanding fast -paced environment, there is never a dull moment.

In support of this we are now seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.
Key Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience in a dealership environment is highly desired).
Previous experience in a retail environment
Core value for exceptional customer service.
Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is essential.
Professional presentation & phone mannerism is critical.
Technical/Automotive knowledge.
Exceptional time management & organisation skills.
Highly motivated & able to work unsupervised.

Friendly, personable individual who is comfortable liaising with customers on a daily basis.
