You have a proven track record in a Dealership Service Advising capacity, working as part of a team in a high-volume environment, and you have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, establish rapport and understand their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Liaise with the service technicians and other departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of work
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices for customers
- Maintain customer records and update the vehicle service history database
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the team to achieve department goals and targets
- Previous experience in a customer service role within dealerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient computer skills with experience in using automotive software systems
- A valid driver's license
