Customer Service Representative
Position Criteria:
This position would be suited to a highly-motivated team player who has previous experience working within a busy dealership, customer service or sales environment. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in your daily responsibilities and have the ability to work unsupervised. To be successful within this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Previous Sales experience is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail
Ideally, we would like to secure someone with a passion for customer service excellence and demonstrated ability to work in a complex and fast -paced environment. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers and assist with service bookings, sales and inquiries
- Meeting and greeting customers for vehicle servicing
- Processing of all service records, payments and manufacturer warranty claims
- Liaising with customers on status updates of their service and or repairs
