This is a full-time permanent position requiring 38 hours of work per week / 8 AM to 4 PM. This role presents a versatile hybrid work arrangement, enabling the selected candidate to operate from our offices in NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD.

The Service Agreement and SystemsSupport Officer works with key stakeholders to ensure that Aruma’s Service Agreements and relevant documents are completed in line with Aruma’s guidelines for best practice and align with NDIS Pricing Limits and Arrangements or other relevant funding requirements.
The Service Agreement and Systems Support officers work within the key operational and Systems support to the broader organisation within the rostering and attendance platform and other systems as required.
A day in the life of a Service Agreement and System Support Officer…
- Implementand maintain a storage monitoring system for Service Agreement documents.
- Generate reports and reminders for expiring documents as needed.
- Provide updated agreements to replace expiring documents.
- Support relevant teams in responding to information requests from governing authorities.
- Conduct fortnightly timesheet checks and lockdowns to facilitate timely pay runs.
- Ensure frontline staff timesheets accurately reflect contract hours through relevant checks and processes.
- Develop Service Agreement documentation for the organization, including secondary agreements and addendums, in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of changes to funding guidelines.
- Adhere to policies and procedures for handling and storing confidential information in accordance with Aruma Policy.
- Support the GM, Operational Performance, the broader OPU team, and other stakeholders with additional tasks as required.
What you need to be successful in this role…
- Proficient in billing and attendance systems and processes.
- Highly organized and outcome-oriented.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen for making commercial recommendations.
- Customer-centric approach, responsive to ad-hoc requests.
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and foster a flexible team culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of the disability sector and relevant legislation, including NDIS funding model and processes.
- 2+ years of experience in the NDIS environment or related field.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant industry experience.
