Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in project administration or support roles within the ICT/Telco contracting industry is not a necessity but is preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and is enthusiastic, inquisitive and tenacious
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Technical experience is important (you need to understand the support requirements for the jobs you are overseeing).
- Experience with implementing improvements to enhance customer experience and improve efficiency
Tasks & responsibilities
- Identify and triage customer requirements by fielding support requests via phone, chat, email, and/or other communication methods.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, processing and monitoring of client support tickets via a centralized system. Following up open tickets where required and identifying potential issues.
- Provide administrative support for daily tasks for service & project delivery including coordination of workflow tasks -scheduling and resource allocation
- Support the sales, administration and technical teams with sourcing parts/equipment, creating purchase orders and managing deliveries
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the products and services offered to customers
- Assist with management of inventory records of communication equipment, components, and spare parts.
- Reporting on service performance to key stake holders and providing suggestions for enhancing our customer experience
