We're a dynamic group specializing in electronic security, access control, CCTV, Dry fire, AV, and cutting-edge IoT technologies, working on projects for education, government services and healthcare projects.
In this role, you'll be the central hub for our projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and proactively implementing solutions.
- Coordinating communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Managing project documentation and reports, keeping track of project deliverables and milestones.
- Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment, staying within budget constraints.
- Adapting to changing priorities and keeping projects on schedule, even in fast-paced environments.
To be successful, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Aconex/Procore).
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Understanding of the construction or technical industry.
