RAC Security is one of the largest home security providers in Perth, visiting over 6,000 homes every year offering expert advice and tailored solutions, from full installations, technical support, servicing and Repairs. What will you be doing? In this permanent position you will be managing and resolving incoming phone and email enquiries from customers relating to Service and/or repair of alarms, CCTV and associated systems.
Other responsibilities will also include: Answering and resolving incoming service-related phone and email enquiries. Actioning and resolving incoming work orders received from monitoring station related to alarm faults and user issues. Efficiently scheduling and booking service/repair visits for members
Ordering parts and equipment to supply the onsite Service and Repair technicians Providing assistance and support to Operations Team Leader and Technician Team Leader to ensure servicing process is effective, including relationship management of our supplier network. What are we looking for in you? To be successful in the role, you will need the following skills and experience; Basic knowledge of alarm and CCTV products and their functionality (desirable) Proactive approach to problem solving to ensure a high level of accuracy applied to work.
Well-developed interpersonal skills Strong customer focus with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships Excellent organisational and time management skills with self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and remote access applications Knowledge of DSC, Reliance/NX, Bosch alarm systems and IP CCTV systems (desirable) What can we offer you?
