AddressService and Sales Administrator

At Onetrak every day is different! We work across a range of exciting brands and industries. We are looking for an awesome Service and Sales Administrator who is based in Hallam, Victoria. The position would ideally suit someone with a automotive service or parts interpreter background.

ABOUT THE ROLE :
In this diverse role you will be responsible for but not limited to providing support to
- General administration.
- Supporting sales, workshop and product support teams.
- Equipment telematics administration.
- Freight management.
- Updating service codes in conjunction with the product support team
- Customer service.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in workshop office management within a similar industry
- Experience coordinating the administration needs of a branch.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated knowledge managing diverse customer issues
- Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
- An ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
- Specific product and systems knowledge is advantageous.
- Current driver’s license
