The role:
Join our dynamic Operations team in Altona North, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager to manage and monitor all rectification activity on-site and off-site to improve productivity and efficiency. This position is centered around building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving further growth within our current business operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, ensuring quality assurance and collaborating closely with our sales, operations, and remarketing teams.
We are looking for an Admin superstar with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. In addition to supporting the Operations Manager, you will also work alongside key stakeholders to ensure that our systems and processes are consistently optimised for efficiency.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain suppliers and sellers for rectification process
- Manage and monitor all activity on-site and off-site
- Coordinate any logistics required for the transport of vehicles
- Provide administrative support for all other areas of operations
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an Administrative role and genuine interest/passion in the automotive industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP & MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Willingness to train and upskill as per job requirements
