The Position: Customer Account Service Administrator Part-Time (3 days per week)
The right candidate will need to have strong data entry, database and processing skills, attention to detail and be solutions focused, must be able to work to tight deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.

- Intermediate computer skills which include (Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Navision)
About the Job:
- Timely Processing of Job estimates – Managing Customer Approvals/Completions to invoicing
- Assist in processing job sheets for smaller customers
- Providing great professional customer service and responding to inbound customer calls and responding to email queries in a timely manner
- Ensure customers are kept informed and expectations are met and exceeded – Credit Processing & Other queries.
- Manage internal stakeholders; Work-closely with Reefer Managers AU/NZ in handling queries. Stocktake Processing (EOM)
- Undertake admin duties ensuring you represent our brand to a high professional standard in dealings with our external clients, internal staff and office visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- This role will start out as a part time role at 3 days per week with the possibility of turning into a full time role.
