As part of our Service Attendant remote site teams, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of a mine site by providing excellent customer service to improve the quality of life of guests at their home away from home.
Who are we looking for?
The is a full-time role based at ERA Village in Jabiru NT consists of 14 days on, 7 days off, 9.5 hours accommodation and meals provided whilst on site, all candidates must either live local or you can BIBO from Darwin.
You will be working in our housekeeping/domestic cleaning team however you may be asked to work in other areas including but not limited to mine site cleaning, kitchen hand, and dining room attendants. Your duties will involve detailed cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of rooms, ensuites, kitchens and toilet blocks. You will conduct all duties using appropriate cleaning methods, following cleaning policies and procedures and be able to complete them with in allocated timeframes. Previous experience in remote site work is not essential, if you have a passion for customer service and a great attitude, we would love to hear from you!
To be successful, you'll need:
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
- Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts and rosters.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or industrial cleaning industry in one of the above-mentioned areas preferable in a remote environment, resort or mining camp
- Strong safety awareness and exposure/understanding of handling and storing chemicals
- A great attitude - enjoy going to work each swing!
- A strong commitment to high standards of customer service and integrity
- Current Driver's Licences is essential
