Service Co-Ordinator

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a high-end bespoke windows supplier with over 5 decades of successful operations, they strive to provide and locally manufacture the highest quality aluminum glass windows for high-end residential projects.THE ROLE:
The role expectation is to oversee a team dedicated to efficient product delivery and installation. Your responsibilities include coordinating dispatch and site installations, communicating with clients to meet deadlines, and managing site glazing work. You'll liaise with contractors and external parties for outsourced items, facing daily challenges with a problem-solving attitude to ensure client satisfaction.YOU:
The successful candidate must have the ability to build positive rapport through strong written and verbal communication skills. Furthermore, you'll have the ability to able to work in a team environment and manage and excel in benchmarked targets set by management.THE REWARD:
On offer is an excellent base salary package of $75k plus super and company car allowance.
