About the Position

The role reporting to General Manager HR will create, drive and implement Employee Welfare Programs, Employee Incentive Programs, manage general HR issues and will form an integral part of our CSR committee.

About You
You have a passion for everything human resources. Ideally, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Human Resources)
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an HR generalist position
- Sensitivity, understanding and empathy.
- The ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build rapport quickly.
- The ability to work at a fast pace and juggle multiple priorities.
- The ability to work autonomously.
More About the Role
As a true generalist, the People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of human resources functions. Key to success will be your hands-on experience and demonstrated track record of HR and people and culture work, ability to and a deep commitment to creating environments people can thrive in.
- Support recruitment & onboarding across the country including the employment of people with disability, gender and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, to support our inclusion strategy.
- Drive the HR strategy including the implementation of key HR projects.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures and compliance across the organization
- Provide guidance on people management, employee relations, coaching/development and conflict management.
- Support the key people cyclical activities to a high standard, which include, talent reviews, succession planning, performance reviews, the annual remuneration review and engagement surveys.
- Drive HR aspects of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
- Manage the HR Hub on the company intranet.
