SCSA / Eco Ms are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Co-ordinator/Administrator to join our growing team. On offer is a part-time position, 24 hours per week that can be either 3 days or spread across 4 to 5 days. Initially, the work will be based in Keilor Park, with the possibility of some work from home as proficiency increases.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
The role:
- Service / Maintenance co-ordination for two companies within our group, SCSA Energy Management and Eco Ms Pty Ltd.
- Liaise with clients for all service, maintenance and administrative queries.
- Maintain accurate records via Simpro and Xero for both companies.
- Project / Service creation and scheduling
- Compiling service reports from technician’s notes
- Invoice / Purchase data entry
- Administrative documentation e.g. SWMS and JSA
- Ordering, receipt, allocation of parts & equipment
- Additional administrative duties as required to help staff
You must possess, as a minimum:
- Excellent communication/phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills – preferred knowledge of Simpro and Xero, additional onsite training will be provided
- Punctual attendance and communications with management
