In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external providers to build a culture of excellence in service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to shape our servicing strategy, driving continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the member experience and align with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing a governing framework across key areas of the servicing model
- Leading continuous improvement programs to drive changes across the business and external provider
- Ensuring completeness of all internal and external documentation in accordance with the fund's governing framework
- Reporting and tracking servicing outcomes to monitor performance against objectives
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Cultivating effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery excellence
- Aligning services with member and employer needs while upholding Fund policies, procedures, and business objectives.
