What will I be doing:

Reporting into the Service Manager based at our Bella Vista office you will work within a team to coordinate several sites and provide administration support to our fire technicians:

• Receiving and responding to a range of client calls
• Scheduling and coordinating technicians & contractors for installations and maintenance
• Raising purchase orders
• Providing quotations
• Preparation and issuing of invoices
• Preparing and coordinating site inductions

About You:

• Experience in the coordination and scheduling for a trade based business and working with onsite teams
• Proficient in MS Office packages
• Experience with Uptick software would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess a flexible, professional, “can do” attitude
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
