The Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for.
- Scheduling Technicians to attend site for repairs in Victoria.
- Communicate with customers about outstanding service requests and attendance times.
- Manning the Helpdesk, responding to customer queries and registering requests.
The role will entail:
- Professional interaction with customers. Excellent phone and written communication are a must.
- Coordinating with technicians on the road.
- Ensure KPI’s are met in relation to close out time of requests.
Some previous experience in a similar scheduling role or help desk related role would be seen favourably.

- Be someone with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise critical issues.
- Be someone who can Interact with Customers and deal with requests as they arise in a timely, constructive, and positive manner.
- Be articulate in your communication, both written and spoken.

- Strong Computer Skills.
