Our client is a commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing and maintenance company in Darwin. They are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Administrator to join their team in Darwin.
The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Coordinator/Administrator to join our client's team in Darwin.
The Role
- Excellent customer service to clients, through fast and professional responses to inquiries and feedback
- Answer customer communication in an efficient manner
- Managing projects and scheduling to ensure seamless service
- Stock ordering and inventory management
- Looking after documentations, including quotations, invoices, etc
- Responsible for reporting to higher ups
- Collaborate with the team to ensure overall customer and product
satisfaction - Be motivated to meet or exceed key performance targets, both
personally and as a team - Follow team communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all
times - Perform each duty to fulfil customers’ satisfaction
The Candidate
The successful applicant will have:
- Prior experience in a similar role, dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling for refrigeration and air-conditioning services or maintenance
- Prior experience in similar industry would be a plus
- Technological aptitude to manage spreadsheets, documents, and collaborative online forums
- Able to thrive in high pressure situations
