Address RISSafety provides an extensive range of product solutions and services to improve the safety of people working at heights and in confined spaces for any structure. We have extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, and inspecting systems that protect workers at height.
This role is responsible for providing an effective contract administration service to RIS State based Projects and includes the following:
Creation of all required Inspection tasks
Finalisation and archiving of Inspection tasks
Invoicing
Issuing Certificates of Inspection
Uploading of documentation to relevant customer portals
Reviewing technician reports
Data validation and updates where required
All technician qualifications/accreditations are loaded within the system
Skills required:
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of Height safety requirements
Time management and ability to multi-task
Understanding/knowledge of Uptick would be advantageous
Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Arrow software would be advantageous
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Self assured and confident
Attention to Detail
Customer focused
