You can be based in Canberra or Sydney
Work from Home arrangements can be negotiated

Talent have partnered with a local Canberra Indigenous company to assist their federal government client in finding an experienced Service Delivery Architect who will provide quality advice and leadership on the development and management of a range of IT services throughout their lifecycle. This will include being responsible for translating platform capabilities and business requirements from different stakeholders into well-articulated service offerings.
As the Service Delivery Architect, you will work in conjunction with other specialist resources and subject matter experts, including healthcare providers, product owners and policy advisors from across the Agency and the broader Health sector to support the development of project deliverables, program, and Agency objectives.
To be considered, you will need to meet the following criteria:
Extensive experience in operationalising IT services and their ability to design, implement, and manage a Service Delivery framework effectively.
The capability to align technical efforts with strategic objectives, ensuring long-term sustainability and contribution to organisational goals. You will be assessed on your potential for leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, while also effectively engaging stakeholders at different levels. You will be evaluated for your communication skills in managing expectations and building strong relationships
You will have qualifications, technical expertise, and experience in areas such as ITIL methodologies, cloud and hybrid systems, risk management, project management, and contribution to IT strategy objectives and business transformation activities.
