About the role

Our Government client is seeking a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals with expertise in enterprise-grade technology solutions, integration architectures, and system operation to compliment teams of capable resources. This is with the aim to build strategy, establish architectures and operations and manage delivery capabilities in line with the clients strategic outcomes.

They have embarked on a pivotal journey towards digital transformation by developing robust platforms and best practices for enterprise integration of systems, both internally and externally facing.

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Officerto establish and manage IT Service Management practices and processes within the teams.

This role is based on-site in Canberra and requires a minimum Baseline clearance.

About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Ensure seamless transition of delivered capabilities into service and operations, monitoring and supporting their availability and performance.
  • Lead and drive service optimization and operational management capabilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Baseline security clearance.
  • A background in Federal Government highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years experience .
  • Experience working with Microsoft APIM and Azure messaging and cloud infrastructure services is preferred
  • Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary agile team in a high-paced, delivery focused environment.
