The opportunity
We are looking for a Service Delivery Consultant to join our team in Melbourne to support a service we deliver on behalf of NSW Health.
In this role you will provide high quality support and advice to members of the public who phone the NSW Health Support Services line. These enquiries relate to tobacco information, a falls prevention program and nutrition services. You will also provide support at client meetings, and be comfortable with data entry and generating and interpreting service reports. Most importantly, you will enjoy interacting with a broad range of people, take pride in delivering a high quality service and be comfortable learning new information and systems.
The successful applicant will also have opportunities to contribute to other work across the company.
About you
We want to hear from you if you:
- Possess a track record in service delivery, project coordination or a call centre environment
- Have experience with project management processes or providing secretariat functions
- Are comfortable managing diverse relationships, including in client-facing environments
You will also have excellent, oral and written communications, including the ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely.
What we offer
This is an ongoing, full time role based in Melbourne. We offer flexibility in our working arrangements however candidates should note that the role supports a service that operates 9am-5pm AEST weekdays.
