Service Delivery Manager

We’re growing again and are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join and help us with projects and support our team.

About the role 

Our work revolves around commercial and industrial Electrical installation and maintenance contracts. We have a large national client base, many of which have been loyal for over a decade due to our work ethic and commitment to quality and looking to grow our Sydney team. 

We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction.  

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Sydney Manager to efficiently schedule and execute project and service works safely, meeting both deadlines and budget requirements.
• Business Development and Account Management responsibilities.
• Cultivate positive relationships with our valued customers, identifying their needs and overseeing the delivery of our services.
• Strive for continuous improvement by finding innovative ways to reduce costs without compromising customer satisfaction.
• Utilise customer feedback to refine and enhance our Service Delivery processes.
• Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines safely and consistently.
• Forge strategic partnerships to ensure alignment with our company’s service standards and effectively address any emerging issues.

• Possess a trade qualification, with an electrical Contracting background (desirable)
• Brings a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of customer service, leadership, and logistics.
• Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills and business support software.
• Exhibits outstanding project management, quality control, and resource planning abilities. 
• Embodies strong leadership qualities, with a keen attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
