The Service Delivery Manager is tasked with upholding high-quality services within acceptable profitability margins.In addition to relationship management, this role involves project management for small to medium projects and client enhancements. As the primary escalation point for software and consulting support, the incumbent will manage outcomes that align with the mutual interests of the client and Midwinter/Bravura.The Service Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in identifying revenue opportunities, aiming to maximize the profitability of our client base.

- Experience in account management/relationship management/Service Delivery
- Experience in the Financial Advice and technology industries
- Experience in Agile LeanUX and HCD methodologies
- Proven Service Delivery and operational skills
